Backed up by BMW high technology and brilliant driving
dynamics, it has created quite a stir in the luxury coupé market with 1,734
examples delivered since launch.
With a model range that includes the potent Twin Turbo 335i
and the refined, powerful 325i and 323i models and a choice of either manual
six-speed transmission, or six-speed automatic, the 3 Series Coupé appeals to a
broad spectrum of buyers.
Now, the BMW 3 Series Coupé is available with the M Sports
Package that enhances not just the sleek and elegant styling, but also driving
dynamics and passenger comfort.
The M Sports Package is available on all BMW 3 Series Coupé
models, with prices varying because of the different equipment levels applying
to 323i, 325i and 335i variants.
The M Sports Package makes a dramatic styling impact with an
asymmetrical 18-inch wheel and tyre combination comprising 8J x 18 Star spoke M
light-alloy wheels with 225/40 R18 tyres at the front, and 8.5J x 18 wheels with
255/35 R18 tyres at the rear.
Maximising the grip of this wheel and tyre combination is the
BMW M Sports suspension that adds an even more dynamic emphasis to the 3 Series
Coupé’s on-road abilities and lowers the car by 15 millimetres.
The purposeful stance provided by the M light alloy wheels and
M Sports suspension is accentuated by the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line,
and by the M Aerodynamics Package that includes an aggressive frontal treatment
emphasised by larger air intakes, specific side skirts and a dramatic,
distinctive rear bumper panel.
The differences continue in the sumptuous 3 Series Coupé
cabin, where the M Sports Package cossets the driver and front-seat passenger in
sculpted and highly supportive sports seats.
Further highlighting the M Sports Package experience is the M
leather steering wheel, as well as the 'Sportshifter' shift lever and the 'Aero'
leather handbrake grip.
Aluminium Glacier Silver trim finish, M door sill finishers
and BMW Individual anthracite headliner also highlight the M Sports Package
interior. Wood interior trim is optionally available.
If the 18-inch M Sports Package wheel and tyre combination is
not enough, double-spoke style 19-inch M light-alloy wheels measuring 8J x 19
with 225/35 R19 tyres at the front, and 9 J x 19 with 255/30 R19 tyres at the
rear, are optionally available.
The aggressively sporty style of the 3 Series Coupé equipped
with the M Sports Package is available with a range of colours including two
non-metallics – Alpine White and Crimson Red – and optional Titanium Silver,
Black Sapphire and Sparkling Graphite metallics along with the exclusive
M-paintowork Le Mans Blue metallic.
The BMW M Sports Package will be available for all 3 Series
Coupé models from November.
